MISSION
Offer to Verdun's firms, to organisms or professional associations that participate in the local development of Verdun, the opportunity to call upon the experience and competence of the mentors' grouping.
LE MENTORING
Mentoring is a relationship characterized by mutual aid, sharing and concern. It is a relationship or an experienced person in solicitude. It is a relationship where an experienced person in business matters shares his knowledge to enhance the expertise and knowledge of a new entrepreneur to do better and faster with less risks while using the assets of one or several mentors.
WHAT IS A MENTOR
· Someone with assets
· A winner
· A good listener and questioner
· A motivated person for its environment
· A sage (usually comes with experience, age...)
· A mentor is a model of succes in his environment
· He is proud of his success and wishes to help a new
entrepreneur in his career
WHAT IS MENTOREE
A mentoree is an owner of director of a company that has been in operation for over a year and wishes to be supported in the growth and development of his company.
An accredited organism by the Fondation de l'entrepreneurship.
